Shipping and Returns

We handle all the shipping free of charge! Each piece of art is individually hand wrapped and packaged. We try to ship all art within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow three to six more business days to receive it. You will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see exactly when your art will arrive.

If you have any questions about your order or need an order urgently, reply to the email we have sent you with your order confirmation and we’ll do our best to help!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The ONLY exception is a Damaged Shipment. At this time we only offer exchanges or refunds on damaged works of art. Should you receive a damaged artwork:

  1. Take photos of the damage
  2. Save all packaging materials and documents — do not throw away
  3. Contact us immediately — no later than (24) hours after delivery at mona@monalovesgustav.com
  4. We will provide you a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the return process.

XXL Works of Art

Artworks designated as XXL will incur additional shipping and handling charges (sadly, there’s nothing we can do about that). Shipping costs and delivery times will be arranged with a Mona Loves Gustav team member prior to your XXL work of art shipping.

Destination Address

Please make sure to provide a delivery address where you’re certain someone will be present to receive and sign for your artwork. Otherwise it will go back on the delivery truck, delaying your enjoyment of your newly purchased artwork!

International Shipping

We are unable to process and ship outside the continental United States at this time.
